By downloading or using Vertex Emulator, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Usage License
Vertex Emulator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your Android device for personal entertainment purposes.
3. User Responsibility & Game Files
Vertex Emulator does not include any games or software ROMs. The application is strictly an emulation engine designed to run software created for the PS1 console.
- You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining the game files (ROMs) you wish to play.
- You agree to only use game files that you have legally obtained or created from physical copies you own (Backups).
- We do not condone piracy. Using this app to play illegally downloaded games is a violation of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The code and design of Vertex Emulator are owned by us. All other trademarks, including “PlayStation,” “PS1,” and game titles, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the application if you violate these terms, particularly regarding copyright infringement.
